The money does not pass through TailBook and is never pooled: who gave, when, and for what stays visible. The city receives a report, not an invoice.
Why these figures can be trusted
1,842 actions in six months, 96% of them with a photograph or a document. The report is made of them; it is not written separately.
An operator checks every tenth action by hand. Discrepancies show up immediately and stay in the history.
An animal has one card and one life story, even when three different organizations worked with it.

The territory is split the way the city sees it. Exact addresses are not published - the report works in districts.
What follows from this
In Lastva sterilization lags behind growth: 29 animals, 6 sterilizations in six months. One mobile clinic for two weeks closes the gap.
Half of the residents’ reports come from Rozino. A single information sign with a QR code to the animal card takes a share of the calls away.
The season doubles the picture in Bečići. Work is better planned by quarter than by year.
