2You writeOn the animal's page - a short request: who you are, where you live, how to reach you.
3You meetThe animal's patron sees the request, answers, and helps you meet.
4You take them homeAnd that day stays in the animal's story - its happiest chapter.

We do not promise the animal goes to you: the patron decides where it will be well. But every request is read by the person who answers for that animal.
